About David Ross

Rev. David Ross was raised in Norfolk, Virginia, and is a graduate of Old Dominion University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married, has one daughter and one grandson. His hobbies include walking and reading science fiction.

David has served in vocational Christian ministry for over 44 years. He has served the Lord as a youth minister, pastor, Association Missions Strategist (Director of Missions), and has served on various association teams and other ministry boards.

Due to Rev. Ross’ love for Christ and the local church, he has been studying how to assist churches to be all that God has called them to be. He has been certified with Church Answers as a Church Consultant and a Church Revitalization Consultant. He has also benefited from additional training with the North America Mission Board (Church Revitalization and Church Replanting), the North Carolina Baptist State Convention (Church Revitalization and Interim Pastor). His passion is to share the gospel of Christ and to help churches realize their potential in the Lord and discover the next steps on their own Great Commission journey.

David would be glad to serve your church in any of the following ministries: Preaching, Bible Teaching, Church Consultation, Church Revitalization, Advanced Planning, Finding Your Next Step in Great Commission Ministry, or Church Assessments. Churches that see and understand their current reality are better able to map out a way to become the church that God is calling them to be. For more information, please contact Rev. Ross in one of the ways listed below.
